Absolutely amazing smoked meats — the brisket was outstanding, tender, juicy, and perfectly smoked. The pulled pork and lamb shoulder were just as good, and the mac ’n’ cheese was a huge hit. You can taste the dedication and love in every tray. Highly recommend.
